Thank you for wanting to be a Vendor or Exhibitor at the Diocese of Richmond’s Catholic Fest! This event is a day-long festival for all ages: from a Kid’s Zone with inflatables and a petting zoo to high-energy evening concerts, a parish & Catholic school fair to a local talent stage, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The highlight of the day will be Mass and Eucharistic Adoration celebrated by Bishop Knestout in the middle of the baseball field! We expect to have a wide variety of people attend, representing every corner of our Diocese. From books to t-shirts, pilgrimages to men’s & women’s groups, we are hoping to have many types of vendors and exhibitors for them to peruse!
For application purposes,
- Vendor: Someone selling something. This includes homemade goods, a distributor from a larger company, or someone selling pilgrimages/services.
- Exhibitor: Someone not selling something. This includes advertising for ministries or sharing resources that are free.
Potential vendors and exhibitors are asked to submit this application for approval. We have a limited amount of space available, and we want to have a wide variety of goods and services represented. Applications are accepted until Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 12noon. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis; accepted applicants will be notified as early as May 1, 2025 and no later than September 12, 2025.
